Fruit and Oat Granola Bars

Packaged granola bars may be convenient, but once you've made your own, you might think twice before buying packaged ones again. Sweet and delicious, these wholesome fruit and oat granola bars make a great breakfast bar or sweet treat for your child's lunch box. I used chopped apricots, raisins and dried cranberries in these granola bars, but feel free to use whatever dried fruit you prefer. Dried blueberries and cherries would be great options. If you're feeling indulgent, you could add a few miniature dark chocolate chips too.
